What if my kids don’t cooperate?
Don’t worry — if your session includes children, please don't stress about their predictably unpredictable nature. I love children and strive to create a judgement free, and welcoming space for parents to relax and kids to be kids. I use a play-based approach that keeps sessions light and pressure-free. Most of the time, the sweetest moments happen in between the “posed” shots. My goal is to capture your family naturally, not force perfection.

What happens if the weather is bad?
Beach weather can be unpredictable, so I always keep an eye on the forecast. If conditions aren’t safe, we’ll reschedule your session at no additional cost. Your experience and final images are my top priority.

What should we wear for our beach session?
After booking, you’ll receive my curated What to Wear Guide with simple tips and color palettes that photograph beautifully at the beach. Soft pastels & neutrals, light textures, and coordinated (not matching) outfits work best with the coastal scenery.

How far in advance should we book?
Most families book 4 or more weeks in advance, especially during spring break, summer, and holiday seasons. Sunrise sessions are limited each week, so earlier is always better if you’re visiting Clearwater Beach on specific dates. Check availability early to secure your preferred session date.

When will we receive our photos?
Your fully edited gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks of your session. You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can download high-resolution images and order professional prints if you’d like.

Where do photo sessions take place?
I host all of my sessions on a strategically selected stretch of beautiful Clearwater Beach with minimal crowds and convenient beachside parking.

What time are sunrise sessions?
Sessions begin at sunrise, when the light is soft and the beaches are peaceful. Sunrise times vary depending on the time of year. I’ll provide your exact meeting time based on your session date, so everything feels simple and stress-free. And yes — it’s absolutely worth the early wake-up!

Photo Day: What to Expect

BEFORE YOUR SESSION: Together, we will choose the best time and location for your photo shoot. We will discuss wardrobe considerations and any special accommodations necessary to facilitate a smooth process for your party. I will also provide you with a style guide and assist your family as needed.

THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION: Take a deep breath and relax. Once you arrive on location, I'll take it from there. Your only job is to enjoy your photo session while I capture the authentic connections between you and your loved one(s). If your session includes children, please don't stress about their predictably unpredictable nature.
